A fresh, crisp sparkling wine with an accomplished depth of flavour - notes of white fruit and almonds. An excellent aperitif.

Made from the Seyval Blanc variety, which is particularly suited to the English climate, this grape has produced an aromatic sparkling wine with a floral rosy nose, some peach, and an expressive palate. Suitable for pairing with spicy foods or even fruit desserts.

Domaine de la Paleine is fortunate to have 1.5 miles of chalk caves to age their sparkling wine and keep it at a constant temperature. Made by the traditional champagne method, this wine has fine bubbles, great character and a beautiful finish. Flavours include citrus, apple, and white peach. Excellent value for money and a very interesting alternative to champagne.

Winner of a gold medal from the South East Vineyard Association, this elegant sparkling wine, produced entirely from Chardonnay, has notes of subtle brioche on the nose with a fresh citrus palate, an attractive weight, and a toasty finish. 

Predominantly made from Pinot Noir and with 12 months on the lees, this wine has been carefully blended to produce an elegant sparkling wine, pale gold in colour with a delicate floral nose, some red summer fruits on the palate and a creamy texture.

A brut Champagne from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay grapes, the Pinot Noir giving body and structure, the Chardonnay delicacy and elegance. The wine is blended from a mix of grapes from the harvest before bottling, and another 40-45% from carefully selected wines from previous vintages. A gold colour, with a floral nose and hints of citrus fruit. The palate is balanced and dense.

A blend of the Domaineʼs Ambonnay Rouge, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the latter bringing delicacy and elegance. The wineʼs colour is light pink with hints of copper. A subtle, floral nose, with hints of red fruits, and a well-balanced, powerful, palate with a strong finish.

A brut Champagne produced exclusively from several harvests of Chardonnay, from 5 or 6 vintages productions, in order to ensure the same delicacy along the years. A gold colour, with touches of green. The nose is both fruity and floral, with hints of chesnut. Persistent and elegant in the mouth, this Champagne is delicate, and a touch more sensual than the rest of the range.

From Pinot Noir exclusively, and a blend of 5 to 6 vintages. A more weighty wine than the Blanc de Blancs, with complexity, hints of red fruits, and a long finish, filling the palate with citrus and berries.

A similar blend to the Crayères, but clearly more complex, this vintage wine is selected from vines from one hillside site. A gold colour, with hints of yellow. The nose shows hints of ripe pear and recently cut hay, whilst the palate is full and fresh and remarkably well-balanced.
