A fresh, crisp sparkling wine with an accomplished depth of flavour - notes of white fruit and almonds. An excellent aperitif.

Domaine de la Paleine is fortunate to have 1.5 miles of chalk caves to age their sparkling wine and keep it at a constant temperature. Made by the traditional champagne method, this wine has fine bubbles, great character and a beautiful finish. Flavours include citrus, apple, and white peach. Excellent value for money and a very interesting alternative to champagne.

A brut Champagne from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay grapes, the Pinot Noir giving body and structure, the Chardonnay delicacy and elegance. The wine is blended from a mix of grapes from the harvest before bottling, and another 40-45% from carefully selected wines from previous vintages. A gold colour, with a floral nose and hints of citrus fruit. The palate is balanced and dense.

A blend of the Domaineʼs Ambonnay Rouge, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the latter bringing delicacy and elegance. The wineʼs colour is light pink with hints of copper. A subtle, floral nose, with hints of red fruits, and a well-balanced, powerful, palate with a strong finish.

A brut Champagne produced exclusively from several harvests of Chardonnay, from 5 or 6 vintages productions, in order to ensure the same delicacy along the years. A gold colour, with touches of green. The nose is both fruity and floral, with hints of chesnut. Persistent and elegant in the mouth, this Champagne is delicate, and a touch more sensual than the rest of the range.

From Pinot Noir exclusively, and a blend of 5 to 6 vintages. A more weighty wine than the Blanc de Blancs, with complexity, hints of red fruits, and a long finish, filling the palate with citrus and berries.

Made from the first pressings of some of the Domaineʼs best vintages. A golden colour, with hints of copper and sometimes light orange. The expressive nose reveals aromas of toffee and marmalade. Will benefit from time in the cellar, giving a full and powerful palate.
